A New Face at Fitch

Design firm names Newman director of Information Architecture

Fitch, the Columbus, Ohio-based brand design firm, announces Dr. ConradNewman as director of information architecture. In this position, Newmanworks with various teams on consumer and business-oriented projects,such as hardware and software interfaces, promotional and e-commerce websites, intranets and other forms of interactive media. He also assistsin developing client strategy with the business development and accountmanagement teams.

Before joining Fitch, Newman led the information architecture practicefor marchFIRST (New York) and headed the user experience group for theeast region of the same company. His resumŽ of clients includes KPMG,Sharp Electronics, the Whitney Museum of Art and Saks Fifth Avenue.Newman's work for the Saks e-commerce initiative project won him fourindustry awards. Recently, Newman was asked to join a select group ofNew York professionals who comprise the Experience Design committee ofthe American Institute of Graphic Art.
