Outer space meets inner space in this theatrical three-floor, 7500-square-foot mobile-phone store. Drawn in by three computer-controlled fog machines outside, customers enter through a tunnel complete with illuminated glass floor and up a ramp to the main building. “Future Cubes” along the wall show phones of the future as holograms. Inside, fixtures that consist entirely of LCD screens can display up to five products.
