American Eagle Outfitters (Pittsburgh) announced that Robert Madore will be the company’s cfo and evp, effective Oct. 28, reports Women’s Wear Daily. He will report to CEO Jay Schottenstein and is replacing the company’s interim cfo, Scott Hurd.

Madore will oversee the company’s finance, merchandise planning and allocation, and investor relations during a time when the company is undergoing “transformation and growth,” according to Madore.

Madore currently works for Ralph Lauren Corp. (New York) as cfo, a position he has held since April 2015. He has worked for that company in other capacities since 2004.
