Dickey’s Barbecue is planning its first restaurant in New Jersey’s Toms River area, with franchise owner Meg Morales at the helm. The company currently has more than 230 locations.

The U.S. Green Building Council has announced changes to LEED 2012 in response to concerns raised by participants, which will delay ballot on LEED 2012 until June 1, 2013. Due to the date change, LEED 2012 has been renamed LEED v4. Other changes include offering a fifth opportunity for public comment from October 2 to December 10. This date range includes special sessions at the Greenbuild 2012 conference in San Francisco.
The Digital Signage Expo issued its 2013 call for speaker proposals, which are due July 16. The conference is dedicated to digital signage and interactive technology, and will take place February 26-28, 2013, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
