Charles Jayson Resigns from Sears

Sears Holdings Corp. (Hoffman Estates, Ill.) has announced that Charles Jayson, the vp and general merchandise manger of ready-to-wear and fragrances, has resigned.

Prior to his career with Sears, Jayson worked as president of The Judith Ripka Cos. (New York), president and ceo of Andrew Marc Inc. (New York) and ceo at New York-based Dickson North America Inc.

Sears confirmed the news of his departure with Women’s Wear Daily, but has not yet announced Jayson’s next move or who will replace him.
