Christian Dior Goes Pop-Up

(November 2011) posted on Wed Nov 30, 2011

Store will be open for two weeks

Fashion house Christian Dior chose Miami as the location for its first pop-up shop. The 3100-square-foot shop in the heart of the city’s Design District also represents the brand’s first artist collaboration.

Working with artist Anselm Reyle, whose mediums include neon lights and foil paintings, the store is bursting with visual stimuli, a meld of Plexiglas and endless video screens, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

The temporary shop includes a nail salon with free afternoon manicures, and outside, a food truck serves French pastries and coffee from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
