DSW Inc. (Columbus, Ohio) expects to open between 35 and 40 stores this year, reports the Pittsburgh Business Times.
“The acceleration of its new store opening plans reflects the strong pipeline of real estate opportunities that have become available,” DSW said in a statement.
DSW operates about 326 stores in 40 states. It did not announce where the new stores will be located.
