Form licensing agreement to drive distribution
Outdoor outfitter Eddie Bauer (Bellevue, Wash.) and Dallas-based Tandy Brands Accessories Inc. have entered into a multi-year license agreement to license and market gift category products.
Through the agreement, Tandy Brands will have rights in a number of product categories, including tools, handheld lighting, hydration/drinkware and other personal accessories. The company expects to drive distribution in a number of wholesale channels, including national retail and department stores, clubs and specialty outdoor stores, as well as supply Eddie Bauer's 353 stores retail store locations throughout the U.S. and Canada and its direct-to-consumer (catalog and e-Commerce) businesses.

Tandy Brands sells merchandise, including belts, small leather goods, eyewear, neckwear and sporting goods for men, women and children, under various national brand names as well as private labels to retail distributors.
