Management Changes:

Targetti North America (Santa Ana, Calif., lighting supplier) has appointed two new design engineers: Robert Paul, who recently served as a manufacturing and quality engineer for an aerospace manufacturer; and Edward Duncan, who has worked in engineering positions for lighting manufacturers.

Fixture Perfect Intl. (Dallas fixture manufacturer) has hired Gerry Geddis as COO.

CDI Group (New York, retail consultancy) hired Anthony Deen as vp, design. Previously, Deen served as principal of his own architectural design consultancy. Additionally, Chris Kirby has joined CDI as vp, sales and marketing. Kirby comes from HMG Worldwide, where he was vp of account management.

Visual Marketing Associates Inc. (Dayton, Ohio, branding firm) has hired Rob Anspach as production designer. Anspach most recently served as director of production at Imagine Nation.

Newleaf Designs (Chanhassen, Minn., bulk food merchandising supplier) has named Scott Johnson as general manager, vp, sales. Johnson previously worked as vp of Harmony Foods Corp.'s western division.

Business Briefs:

University of Florida (Gainesville, Fla.) is offering a graduate program in retail management. The two-year master's program is scheduled to start in the summer of 2002.

Eastern Wire Products (Providence, R.I., display manufacturer) has changed its name to the Eastern Display Group, to better reflect the breadth of materials used.
