Rothenberg Sawasy Architects (Los Angeles design firm) and Deenihan Design Group Inc. Architects (Glendale, Calif., design firm) have merged to form RSA. John Deenihan has been named principal of the merged firm.

Martin Professional A/S (Copenhagen, Denmark, lighting manufacturer and distributor) has consolidated its Scandinavian distributors into a new joint venture, Martin Scandinavia. The new company will serve the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish markets, and will be led by Brian Friborg, former managing director of Martin Danmark.
