Pop-up shop will open in time for holiday season
Forever 21 (Los Angeles), which recently opened a 91,000-square-foot flagship in Times Square, plans to open a pop-up store at the former Takashimaya Building on Fifth Ave., according to Crain’s New York.
The fast-fashion retailer has a six-month lease for the retail space, which marks its fifth location in New York.
In June, Japanese retailer Takashimaya Co. shuttered its store at the Fifth Avenue location, after owning and occupying it since 1993.
