New Tanqueray product introduced with window display

Schieffelin & Somerset Co. (New York), importer and marketer of a wide range of liquors and spirits, turned to window display to introduce its new Tanqueray No. Ten gin this week. The company hosted a reception in New York's POP International Galleries, in SoHo, at which it showed off its Springtime 2001 window display that it will make available to liquor stores. The display, consisting of alternating gin bottles and stacks of citrus fruits (lemons, oranges and grapefruit) in a grid system of backlit frosted acrylic, was designed by Ada Tolla and Giuseppe Lignano of LOT/EK architecture (New York). Maximum Impact, Inc. (New York) produced and will install the displays in retail store windows.
