J.C. Penney chairman and ceo Allen Questrom will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange this morning to celebrate the Plano, Texas-based company's 100th anniversary of incorporation. Questrom will be accompanied by Vanessa Castagna, president and coo of JCPenney Stores, Catalog and Internet.
