ATLANTA January, 2015 – MaxMedia, an Atlanta-based customer experience agency, has hired Laura Davis-Taylor as its executive vice president of customer experience to bring forth a new, unique flavor to its agency and offerings. As MaxMedia continues to focus on creating seamless experiences for clients and users, Davis-Taylor, a seasoned retail professional, will bring a fresh perspective to further enhance the agency’s breadth of capabilities and to shift the paradigm for creating customer experiences.

Not only does she have phenomenal experience from working with WestWayne (now 22squared), Miller Zell, Creative Realities, Inc., BBDO, The Integer Group and more, but Davis-Taylor also founded Retail Media Consulting, Inc., which was later bought by a boutique.
