Will refresh collections seasonally to reflect the latest trends and colors
Affordable footwear and accessories retailer Payless ShoeSource (Topeka, Kan.) aims to outfit shoppers from head to toe with the introduction of its Payless beauty line. Launched this week in 1500 stores, the line includes two brand names – Unforgettable Moments and Zoe & Zac Naturals. Both include fragrances, makeup and body items such as signature scent lotions and creams, and color for eyes, lips, nails and face. Prices start at $2.99 an item with nearly 90 percent of the line available for under $10 an item.
"Beauty items are the latest fashion accessory important to finishing off a woman's look, and we at Payless, with our mission to democratize the latest accessory trends and ideas, are bringing shoppers a comprehensive line of finishing-touch beauty items featuring the latest formulations, shimmers, hues and scents," says LuAnn Via, ceo, Payless.
A unit of Collective Brands Inc., Payless ShoeSource operates 4500 stores. Collective Brands also operates such labels as Stride Rite, Keds, Sperry Top-Sider, Robeez and Saucony.
