Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati) has acquired the Zirh skincare brand, a super-premium, male grooming brand available in high-end department stores, specialty outlets and online. Founded in 1995, Zirh offers a comprehensive skin and shave care line for men.

"Zirh is an excellent fit into P&G's strong male grooming portfolio," says Chip Bergh, group president, P&G Male Grooming. "Although it is a relatively small, North American-centric business, its super-premium positioning and product line up is a perfect complement to our portfolio."

Recently, P&G acquired The Art of Shaving to support its efforts to build the world's premier male grooming company. Other brands under the company’s umbrella include Gillette, Old Spice, Braun and a collection of male fine fragrances.
