Ten new stores will open in the Outlets at Albertville (Minn.) in late June. The stores scheduled to open include: Banana Republic Outlet, Old Navy Outlet, Etienne Aigner, Bath & Body Works Outlet, Bombay Company Outlet, MotherWorks Maternity Outlet, Perry Ellis, Izod, Pac-Sun Outlet (Pacific Sunwear) and WestPoint Stevens Factory Store.

The expansion will add 58,000 square feet of retail space, bringing the center's size to 306,000 square feet. Upon completion of phase II, Outlets at Albertville will be the largest outlet center in Minnesota. Phase I opened in April of 2000 with 49 outlet stores and two restaurants. Four additional stores have since opened, including BOSE Factory Store, Cosmetics Company Factory Store, Geoffrey Beene and Waterford Wedgwood.

The outlet center, owned and developed by JMJ Properties (Muskegon, Mich.), is located northwest of the Twin Cities.
