Deal provides foothold in the Caribbean
Sally Beauty Holdings (SBH), Inc. opened the door to a new market with the acquisition of Puerto Rico’s Belleza Concept International. The deal for the three-store professional beauty products distributor was concluded through SBH’s Beauty Systems Group subsidiary.
