DES PLAINES, Ill. — May 5, 2015 — Juno Lighting Group®, a leader in high-quality commercial and residential lighting solutions, today announced its Aculux® 2-inch LED precision recessed multiples. A recognized winner in the 2014 Next Generation Luminaires™ Indoor Solid State Lighting Design competition, the luminaires are available in 1-, 2- and 3-head square configurations with deep regression for glare control and low aperture brightness. They are ideal for illuminating contemporary residential interiors, high-end commercial spaces and flagship retail stores.

Though they are small in form, these fixtures make a big impression, providing users with all the performance of luminaires three times their size. They are available in IC and non-IC rated configurations, and two lumen packages – up to 700 lumens per head in IC and up to 1000 lumens per head in non-IC –with an industry-leading efficacy of up to 70 lumens per watt. The Aculux 2-inch LED precision recessed multiples are available with several architecturally styled trims, including a novel scoop trim that is geometrically optimized to completely conceal the light source from normal viewing angles.

In addition to the big time lighting performance, the Aculux 2-inch LED precision multiples deliver the complete range of adjustments that the Aculux brand is famous for. Acu-Aim™ precision gearing provides 365-degrees of horizontal rotation with 40-degree vertical aiming, as well as field-interchangeable optics.

Additional features of the Aculux 2-inch LED precision multiples include:

• Choice of color temperatures of 2700K, 3000K, 3500K or 4000K at 80 color rendering index (CRI), or 2700K and 3000K at 90 CRI minimum
• Interchangeable optics available in 18 degree spot, 24 degree narrow flood, 35 degree flood and 45 degree wide flood
• Architectural dimming drivers: 120 volt forward and reverse phase dimming driver dims to less than five percent; 120-277 volt, 0-10 volt dimming driver dims to less than 10 percent
• Thermally efficient heat sink that minimizes LED temperatures for long service life
• ENERGY STAR® qualified
