St. Louis Outlet Center Construction to Begin Next Month

Simon Property Group Inc. (Indianapolis) is partnering with Woodmont Outlets to construct St. Louis Premium Outlets in Chesterfield, Mo., as part of ChesterfieldBlueValley, a mixed-use development to include office space, hotel, restaurant and entertainment venues.

The center's first phase of 350,000 square feet and 85 stores is expected to open in fall 2013. It will be anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH.
