Adds counter-service model in Canton, Mo.

Indianapolis-based Steak ‘n Shake opened the doors to its first Signature restaurant in Canton, Mo., reports QSR Magazine.
The new restaurant features a contemporary decor with a counter-service-only model.
“We are thrilled to open another Steak ‘n Shake Signature restaurant, a counter-service-only format primarily serving time-honored, best-loved favorites: Steakburgers and milkshakes,” ceo Sardar Biglari told QSR.
