Stylmark Inc. (Minneapolis), a designer and manufacturer of aluminum, steel and lighting products for retail and commercial environments, has acquired privately-held Interlock Structures International Inc., a custom 3-D decor solutions provider to the retail and trade show markets. Interlock, which formed in 1982, serves retailers with specialty display fixtures, decorative ceiling and truss systems, graphics frames and kiosks.
“The combined technology and capabilities of our two companies allows Stylmark to continue expanding into new markets,” says Stylmark president Ken Ritterspach. “Interlock Structures is a great fit for our growth objectives.”
The two companies will combine operations at Stylmark’s 160,000 square-foot facility in Fridley, Minn.
