The Hudson Group (East Rutherford, N.J.) announces the opening of its new concept Euro Cyber CafŽ in Concourse D at the Philadelphia Intl. Airport.

The cafŽ offers customers with extra dwell time before their flights the chance to surf the Internet, e-mail or do work while waiting in the large, well-lit space. Eight T1 connections are provided for this purpose, two of which can be hooked up to personal laptops. Use of these facilities requires purchasing time in 10, 20, 30 and 60-minute increments. Printers and faxes are other options included in the price.

“We couldn't have asked for a better location at the Philadelphia Intl. Airport to open the Euro Cyber CafŽ,” says Joseph DiDomizio, executive vp, the Hudson Group. “The attractive food cases, bright neon signs and Internet availability are the first thing that the airport customer sees after they make their way through security.”

If the dweller is hungry, the cafŽ offers fresh salads and sandwiches from Bimmy's of Chelsea Markets, as well as Zaro's pastries and desserts. Specialty and brewed coffees, iced beverages, coffee alternatives and made-to-order fruit beverages top off the menu. Open from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m., the cafŽ complements other Hudson Group concessions within the airport: Hudson News, Hudson News Euro CafŽ and Hudson News Aeromart in Concourse F.

The Hudson Group specializes in developing, designing, constructing and operating concession programs in airports and transportation terminals around the United States.
