East River Plaza location features interactive environment
Verizon Wireless (Basking Ridge, N.J.) introduced its newest Evolution store format in East Harlem, N.Y., this week. The new location incorporates a new interactive design that invites customers to experience wireless voice, data, music and video services in a sleek, full-service environment.
Store features include interactive product and service demos; a check-in kiosk inviting customers to sign in on arrival and stay informed via monitors that track their place in the queue for service; and a technical assistance and customer support area.
The new East River Plaza Store is one of more than 160 Verizon Wireless retail locations in metro New York and New Jersey.
