Unveils "Twilight Saga" Shops in stores nationwide
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (Bentonville, Ark.) announced it's unveiling official “Twilight Saga" shops in all Walmart stores across the country in anticipation of the upcoming DVD release of "The Twilight Saga: New Moon," on March 20.
Through mid-April, the themed shop-in-shops will offer a dedicated shopping experience for fans with movie-themed clothing, jewelry and merchandise. Inspired by the competition between Edward and Jacob for Bella's heart, the shops features separate sections for Edward and vampire-fan items or Jacob and wolf-fan items.
The first Twilight DVD release broke historic sales records, so Walmart is planning for opening weekend activity with themed giveaways and trivia contests.
