CEO Raff will step up on DiNicola's retirement

Beryl Raff, ceo of Zale Corp., will add the title of chairman upon the retirement of Robert DiNicola, the Dallas-based jewelry retailer has reported. COO Alan Shor will succeed Raff as president.
