Art Director, Environmental Design

The Art Director for Environmental Design is a member of the Trek Creative Core Team and works directly for the Global Creative Director. The Art Director works closely with internal departments and international subsidiary offices to concept, develop, and execute corporate interior design, product launches, shows, events, and fixtures that elevate the Trek and Bontrager brand experiences.

Responsibilities
•Manage a team of dedicated Environmental Design professionals
•Work with teams in marketing, product, and retail to define objectives for corporate environments
•Develop planograms and product presentation direction for trade shows, events, product launches, and brand experiences
•Work with show & launch manager on installation programs for global deployment of designed solutions at trade shows and events
•Work with Retail Core Team to identify and develop fixture and POP solutions
•Research and benchmark best practices
•Up to 15% travel

Requirements
•Strong theoretical and practical understanding of architecture, branding, and visual design
•Ability to work comfortably as both a team member and team manager
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
•5+ years of professional experience
•Cycling/outdoor industry experience a major plus
