We are an executive search firm working on a great search for the Director, Windows and In-store Creative for Banana Republic.
Banana Republic is looking for a conceptual graphic designer who can create compelling window concepts that push the boundaries beyond presenting posters of advertising shoots. BR is redefining their windows/visual program and is looking for a creative talent who can conceive windows that are engaging three-dimensional billboards, rich in storytelling.
The Director of Windows and In-store Creative leads creative development of these windows and in-store graphics in collaboration with brand marketing and messaging. The role is also responsible for delivery of visual/marketing programs for rollouts and execution across all tiers of Banana Republic stores. This is a very creative role for a talented, graphic designer who has retail graphics experience and can create visual systems that not only support, but elevate brand narrative.
The position is based in San Francisco. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Specific Skills
Candidate should have a bachelor's degree, very strong visual/graphic design abilities (both 2-D and 3-D), and a refined aesthetic that is aligned with the brand. Approximately eight or more years of experience as an Art Director in Visual/Windows are required; experience with retail apparel brands is essential.
