The candidate will work with a prestigious tech client in Silicon Valley. Candidates should reside in the SF Bay Area as the business will be done at the Harding offices or at the client site in Cupertino. This is a full-time, staff position with benefits.

Our Retail Marketing Project Manager will work with worldwide branded retail programs to explore and develop merchandising solutions for both individual product presentations and entire stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing program, merchandising, and marketing documentation such as guidelines and presentations to support these programs. An ability to track and communicate worldwide standards for merchandising to geographical territories and individual stores will be crucial. This position is hands-on and will require the candidate’s immersion in content and purpose of each document or project.

Candidates must have a flexible schedule, be adaptable, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting all deadlines. An extremely high level of attention to detail and an unbending desire to deliver the best possible solution, often within short lead times, will be expected. Our Retail Marketing Project Manager will juggle many projects in a chaotic environment while remaining calm and in control.

An established history of building and maintaining customer relationships will be required as part of our candidate’s time will be spent sitting alongside our clients in their worldwide headquarters.

The qualified candidate must possess problem solving, critical-thinking, presentation, and client-relationship skills. Other requirements include the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; think strategically; to communicate complex messages and guidance clearly and concisely to a broad audience; and to make sense of the information supplied, add to it, and use it to map out a clear structure for guidelines and other program documentation. A solid understanding of creative development and store merchandising processes will be key to this position.

Candidates must be able to produce content themselves and guide our designers and editors to create the final deliverable. Additionally, experience working with InDesign, CAD, and Cinema 4D would be highly beneficial.
