The Retail Store Design group is responsible for the design and development of store fixtures, permanent displays, and temporary displays in support of visual merchandising for a network of 3000+ company- and individually-owned stores. The Retail Store Design team calls for individuals who can problem solve, who think outside of the box, who have clear understanding of material and process and who bring a unique skill set to compliment the balance of this talented design team. Having an engaging role in the design process with cross functional design partners, the team also interfaces through stages of manufacturing with internal and external industry partners. This team shares in the success of a retail organization that is redefining our Brand Experience at retail.

The Retail Store Designer supports the Retail Division in developing merchandising programs requiring store environment, store fixtures, and 3D point of purchase display components, while ensuring successful delivery of project results. Top candidates will demonstrate proficiency in retail design industry trends, conceptual design, detail design for manufacturing and construction, and will have the ability to develop a comprehensive detail design documentation that is intended to capture the design intent and insure the integrity of the concept is maintained from design through execution. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in the process, strong technical design aptitude with CAD software, keen design/aesthetic sensibility, and strong problem solving skills, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
