Brett Biggs, a 22-year veteran of Walmart and current Chief Financial Officer, will leave the company, according to CNBC.

“Given the tremendous positioning and momentum of the company, now felt like the right time to transition to the next chapter in my personal and professional life,” Biggs said in a press release.

He will remain in the role until his successor has been named to help with the transition and will officially leave on Jan. 31. Biggs has served as CFO for the past six years, moving into that role after holding other leadership positions at Walmart International, Walmart U.S. and Sam’s Club.
