The American Dream mall in East Rutherford, N.J.

Activate Games (Lexington, Ky.) is opening a 5000-square-foot flagship location at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford, N.J., reports Chain Store Age.

The company is known for its live-action gaming experiences, combining tech and full-body activity. Customers can participate in groups of two to five players and choose from more than 500 games. Guests wear RFID wristbands that track their progress and scores.

Don Ghermezian, American Dream’s CEO, says, “We’re thrilled to add Activate Games to the growing list of unique experiences at American Dream … American Dream is constantly evolving its entertainment lineup to delight our multi-generational audience. This innovative concept is truly the next evolution in attractions and will be an outstanding option for our guests.”
