Banana Republic (San Francisco) has taken the wraps off its renovated store at the Westfield Century City mall in Los Angeles. The new store experience, the retailer says, invites shoppers to explore brand’s elevated aesthetic, rooted in rich storytelling and exploration, showcasing timeless design and versatile styling that blends fashion, art and global culture.

Redesigned in collaboration with architect and interior designer Noa Santos of NAINOA, with artwork curated by creative advisor Jacqueline Schnabel and the in-house Banana Republic team, the space creates an immersive backdrop for discovering the brand’s latest collections, the retailer says. Located on the open-air mall’s second level, shoppers of the update store will encounter Venetian plaster walls, brass accents and white oak floors, blending the brand’s heritage with natural elements.

Blond wood arches separate the interior spaces, encouraging shoppers to explore layered rooms with a curated selection of premium products that span fashion, art books and more. The store also offers an open-seating fitting room lounge with dedicated styling area, as well as an in-house tailor.

The LA store’s relaunch follows on the heels of BR unveiling its updated New York flagship in SoHo. Banana Republic is a unit of Gap Inc.
