Barnes & Noble (New York) is continuing its recent store expansion with its Cincinnati store set to open this Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Opening in a former Staples location at 3339 Princeton Road at the Bridgewater Falls shopping center in Hamilton, Ohio, according to the Cincinnati Business Courier and Local 12-WKRCTV, the 16,000-square-foot store will feature books, toys, magazines, games and other gift items. It will also include a B&N Café.

James Daunt, Barnes & Noble CEO says, “Bookstores are enjoying a renaissance as people appreciate the pleasures of well stocked, beautiful stores where the service is informed and friendly … handing the reins to our booksellers to curate their stores has been the key to our success. Our Hamilton booksellers have a stunningly good-looking store and will welcome their new customers with a very happy pride.”

This store opening is part of the retailer’s recent plan to open at least 60 new locations throughout 2025 across the U.S. This location, along with three others opening the same day, brings Barnes & Noble to its 50th store opening this year, and 700 bookstores open in total, according to Barnes & Noble.
