Boots’ Boss Leaving Position

Parent company Walgreens recently said it has no plans to sell the health and beauty chain

Sebastian James, the Managing Director for health and beauty chain Boots (Beeston, UK), is stepping down from the company after five years, according to an exclusive report by Reuters. The news comes with Boots’ U.S. owner, Walgreens Boots Alliance (Deerfield, Ill.), stalling the potential sale or stock market listing for the company. Walgreens recently confirmed that there are no plans sell Boots and will continue investing in it.

James will remain at his position until November. After which, James will be moving into a position within the healthcare industry, according to SkyNews.
