Red Wagon Ventures, the R&D unit of Chick-fil-A (Atlanta), has opened the first representative of its Daybright concept, report a variety of sources, including allrecipes.com. The restaurant, in Hiram, Ga. (on the western edge of the Atlanta metroplex) offers coffees, juices and smoothies, along with such breakfast fare as avocado-and-egg English muffins and blueberry doughnuts.

While photos of the store itself were not available as of this posting, the new brand’s website does offer images of some of its coffee and menu items. Also not available were any further details on what plans Red Wagon Ventures has to grow the concept.

No Chick-fil-A menu items are on offer at the restaurant.

Chick-fil-A has said Red Wagon Ventures is named for the one that company founder Truett Cathy pulled around in his first business efforts, selling Coca-Cola in his neighborhood when he was 6 years old.
