Chicken Salad Chick, a Southern-inspired fast-casual restaurant, has set a goal to operate 500 stores by the end of 2025, Chain Store Age reports.

To reach that objective, the company is targeting the Midwest specifically with plans to open 50 locations in the region during the next four years, the article says.

Chicken Salad Chick has 15 locations open across Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Ohio. It recently cut the ribbon on its new restaurant in LaGrange, GA, marking the 200th location for the brand.
