Crocs (Broomfield, Colo.) unveiled its fourth quarter results, and reported a sales climb of 67 percent between 2020 and 2021, CNBC reports. In the fourth quarter alone, the company observed a 42 percent sales increase; analysts had originally anticipated 36.6 percent.

Crocs is in the process of acquiring the casual footwear brand HEYDUDE (Riverside, Calif.), which was announced in late December 2021.

Andrew Rees, Croc’s Chief Executive Officer, says, “2021 proved to be an exceptional year for the Crocs brand, highlighted by expected 67 percent revenue growth amidst a challenging global supply chain environment. We remain incredibly confident in the Crocs brand and continue to expect to achieve $5 billion in revenues by 2026, even before any HEYDUDE revenues. Building upon that strong foundation, upon closing, we are excited to add HEYDUDE as another high growth, highly profitable brand.”
