Two retailers have made appointments in their c-suite ranks. They are:

Phoenix (Columbus, Ohio), which has hired Greg Scott as CEO, overseeing all DTC operations in the USA, including retail stores and e-commerce for its Express and Bonobos units. With a career spanning more than 30 years in the fashion industry, Scott brings experience in leadership, brand transformation, and omni-channel retailing to the post, the retailer says.

Scott’s career includes stints as CEO of New York & Company and Chief Merchandising Officer of Fashion Nova.

“I have always loved the Express brand—it has been an iconic player in fashion retail for decades, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to lead its next chapter,” said Scott. “Under the PHOENIX banner, we have an incredible opportunity to build a powerful platform, blending best-in-class retail, e-commerce, and experiential to meet the modern consumer where they are. I am excited to work with the talented teams at EXPRESS and BONOBOS to drive success and innovation for both brands.”

Kevin Meme, Phoenix Interim CEO, said “Scott’s appointment marks a significant step forward for Phoenix as it continues to strengthen and expand the Express and Bonobos brands. His passion for fashion retail and proven industry experience will be key in driving the platform’s next phase of growth.”
Phoenix’s operations include more than 400 Express retail and Express Factory Outlet stores and 50 Bonobos Guideshops.

Macy’s Inc. (New York), which has promoted Barbie Cameron to Chief Stores Officer of its flagship brand, effective Feb. 16. Cameron was most recently SVP and Regional Director of Stores, East Region and had been interim Chief Stores Officer since August. She reports to Adrian Mitchell, COO and CFO of Macy’s Inc.
