Annapolis Town Center will take the wraps off several new retailers and an expanded community area on Oct. 30.

The center’s new retailers include Pottery Barn and Williams-Sonoma, the center announced in a press release. The complex’s upgrade also includes the new East Village, featuring the Boathouse Pavilion, a performance stage and a seasonal outdoor ice-skating rink.

“The East Village embodies the type of welcoming space for individuals and families we strive to create at Annapolis Town Center,” said Catherine Brady, the destination’s Director of Marketing.

Annapolis Town Center is a 2 million-square-foot, open-air, mixed-use center anchored by Whole Foods Market and Target. It includes 557,000 square feet of retail, 45,000 square feet of Class A office space and 550 multi-family units.

The center is operated by Trademark Property Company (Fort Worth, Texas). Trademark, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, has invested in, developed or redeveloped 21 million square feet of mixed-use, multi-family and retail assets worth $4.5 billion.
