(PRESS RELEASE) TORONTO — Figure3, one of Canada’s largest independently owned Interior Design Firms, announces the grand opening of their most recent showroom collaboration with Keilhauer, a premium Canadian furniture manufacture, and the launch of their redesigned flagship in the heart of the New York Design Center at 200 Lexington Ave, NY.
Nestled within the 95-year-old building, which houses nearly 100 showrooms, the Keilhauer flagship immediately draws interest with the entryway’s impressive limestone feature wall and branded installation that serve as captivating focal point, guiding registered visitors to the showroom.
Once inside, the new open layout serves as an inviting backdrop, with large windows that flood the space with natural light, enhancing the overall experience. Curated art pieces further celebrate creativity and accentuate the tailored sophistication of the environment.
“Our main goal was to open up the showroom,” says Mardi Najafi, VP of Retail Strategy and Design at Figure3. “One of the ways we achieved this was to include what we call ‘social spaces’ in the center of the showroom – these versatile lounge areas are the heart of the showroom experience and will facilitate events and activations beautifully.”
The social space features a stunning bar and undeniable hospitality-like feel that encourages intentional guest interaction and can easily be activated to host events and product launches within the space.
Meghan Sherwin, president of Keilhauer, expresses, “Figure3 has transformed our New York showroom into a dynamic space that not only showcases our premium furniture but also serves as a hub for collaboration and celebration. This redesign reflects our shared values of innovation and exceptional design.”

The showroom radiates timeless elegance and refined materiality, basked in a warmth that deviates from a typical gallery-like furniture showroom environment. Keilhauer pieces are prominently displayed throughout to encourage an experiential customer journey, while also providing in situ functional workspaces for sales experts, designers, and architects.
“Keilhauer’s reimagined New York showroom is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and excellent design,” says Meghan Sherwin, President of Keilhauer. “This is a space that showcases our wide range of high-quality, handcrafted furniture and also provides a functional, accommodating workspace for our team and their A&D clientele.”
The New York flagship marks the fourth endeavor that Figure3 has designed with Keilhauer, including the Toronto Keilhauer Showroom which launched in August 2023 and two showrooms for Keilhauer’s subsidiary brand, Division Twelve.
“Keilhauer is an amazing client to work with because they trust in the design process and understand how the physical environment can bring a brands’ ethos to life and support an elevated customer experience”, explains Mardi Najafi, VP of Retail Strategy and Design at Figure3.
Equipped with state-of-the-art digital connectivity features and energy-efficient lighting, the showroom offers a seamless blend of functionality and elegance. Additionally, a dedicated section for Keilhauer’s subsidiary brand, Division Twelve, adds a playful contrast to the sophisticated ambiance.
