Greater Cincinnati is getting its fourth Whole Foods (Austin, Texas), which will anchor a mixed-use development in Butler County on the city’s fast-growing far north side, according to Fox19 TV/the Cincinnati Enquirer. The 40,000-square-foot store is slated to open in late 2025.

The complex housing the grocery, to be known as Village North, is being developed by Cincinnati-based Clous Road Partners. It is expected to include five other retail buildings comprising 90,000 square feet. Tenants for those spaces have not yet been disclosed.

Clous’ portfolio also includes the nearby Streets of West Chester, a 35,000 sq. ft. development whose tenants include Chuy’s, Matt the Miller’s, Skally’s, Duluth Trading Co. and Holtman’s Donuts.

Whole Foods’ other stores in the market are in the Rookwood shopping complex in Norwood; the Kenwood Collection tower near the Kenwood Towne Centre mall, and the Deerfield Towne Center mall in Mason.
