IN 2010, RALPH LAUREN built a home for his women’s collection directly across the street from the men’s flagship in the Rhinelander Mansion on Madison Avenue. Fourteen years later, the store remains true to the brand with an opulent, graceful and grand environment. Timeless in design, both the exterior and interior offer a feminine interpretation of ornate Rococo sensibilities. From its antique crystal chandeliers throughout to the hand-cast plaster moulding, ceiling crowns, brackets, corbels and a filigree of decorative wrought iron grille work, the store is a dramatic projection of the nuances of the brand.

As the world begins celebrating the XXXIII Olympiad, Ralph Lauren has once again made a branded statement by designing the uniforms for Team USA. True to the company’s DNA, 2024 marks the ninth time the iconic fashion label will be worn by American athletes. Ralph Lauren follows a long tradition of iconic fashion brands that have made their presence known in the arenas and stadiums hosting the world’s most highly anticipated and watched sporting event.

The fashionable opening ceremony attire of Team USA features a crisp single-breasted navy wool blazer embellished with a distinctive red-and-white piping around the collar and lapel. The uniform is completed with a traditional striped oxford button-down shirt and denim pants. For the closing ceremony, athletes will be smartly dressed in denim jackets and coordinating white jeans.

Following suit and celebrating the 2024 Paris Olympics, the facade of the retailer’s Rococo-inspired flagship has been decked out in red, white and blue. The Ralph Lauren women’s flagship at 888 Madison Avenue stands proudly in recognition of the athletes gathered in Paris to represent the United States in the world’s most revered athletic competition.

Dazzling window displays boldly announce the holistic presentation of the nation’s colors, while interior displays feature red, white and blue ceiling swags that embellish groupings of mannequins, proudly donning their patriotic ensembles. In addition, strategically positioned light boxes, graphics and American flags transform the upscale environment into a star-spangled celebration of American fashion. These eye-catching displays also support Team USA as they reach for Olympic gold.
