Boyer takes cfo post at Kmart

The Kmart Corp. (Troy, Mich.) announced that Jeffrey Boyer is replacingMartin Welch as cfo. Welch, Kmart's cfo since 1995, is taking earlyretirement.

According to a report in The New York Times, Paul Liska will replaceBoyer as cfo at Sears (Hoffman States, Ill.) effective June 1. Liska hasserved as cfo at the St. Paul Companies since 1997.
