Marcos Terenzio is now iGotcha Media’s Vice President, Creative and Strategy, and Kim Zakaib is Vice President, Operations. Each brings 20+ years of experience and expertise in the design of public and retail spaces with deep understandings of how to create memorable customer experiences.

Marcos Terenzio will lead iGotcha Media’s Toronto office and drive the company’s creative and strategic initiatives to help clients deliver integrated brand experiences. He is a highly-experienced strategist with more than 25 years of international experience with Fortune 500 clients including Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, TD, Bell, Wal-Mart, BMW, Kraft and Burger King. Prior to joining iGotcha Media, Marcos created and led the Digital Experience division of Shikatani Lacroix Design (SLD), one of Canada's leading branding and retail design agencies. Earlier in his career, he helped launch a digital agency for St. Joseph Communications (SJC) one of Canada’s largest privately-owned communications companies.

Kim Zakaib will direct iGotcha Media's corporate operations while establishing the best practices required for the company to succeed at the highest levels. After 21 years she recently departed Aedifica, a full service architecture and design firm headquartered in Montreal. As Vice President, Retail, Kim oversaw a team of 40 architects, designers, project managers and technicians in the execution of construction projects with individual budgets up to $40 million USD. In a period of about eight years, Kim nearly doubled her department’s annual revenues. During her time at Aedifica, she worked with numerous leading retailers and brands including Zara, Club Monaco, Birks, Desjardins, Bose, Swarovski and Aldo Group. Kim holds an EMBA from McGill/HEC Montreal and a B.A.Sc. in Industrial Design from Carleton University.
