(PRESS RELEASE) To elevate premium kitchen discovery in a big-box environment, ImageWorks Display (IWD) developed a Breville brand expression display for Best Buy that delivers specialty-retail storytelling at national scale.

The objective was simple: make a high-consideration category feel confident, approachable, and worth the investment—without slowing down the Best Buy shopping journey.

The solution is a destination-style fixture that organizes Breville’s portfolio into clear, shoppable zones—Coffee & Espresso, Water & Tea, Cookers, Ovens/Air Fryers/Microwaves, Grills/Presses/Toasters, Specialty Appliances, Juicers/Blenders, Food Prep, and Commercial.

Shoppers can engage with sample appliances up close, compare tiers and use cases, and understand the value of performance features through purposeful adjacency of core machines, accessories, and care/cleaning items.

A defining innovation is the integrated pull-out demo counter, engineered to support live brand ambassador engagement. This feature enables on-the-floor demonstrations—pulling espresso shots, explaining workflow and customization, and translating technical benefits into real outcomes.

The fixture — 14′ long x 4′ wide x 7′ tall — also holds Breville appliance inventory, enabling immediate purchase and reducing the friction of “try today, ship later.”

The result is a premium, education-led shopping experience that turns curiosity into confidence and performance into preference—amplifying Breville’s brand equity inside Best Buy while providing a scalable platform for consistent execution across stores nationwide.
