These fixtures bring flexibility to store designs
WITH 21ST CENTURY retail becoming branded showplaces as much as selling spaces, fixture manufacturers are responding with high design, a multitude of modern options (such as digital capabilities) and custom specifications.
Store shelves in most specialty retail stores have become more about visual attraction of merchandise rather than density of inventory. So the fixture challenge is to accommodate a frequently-revolving presentation of new styles and seasonal goods that tell the brand story.
But the old store fixture verities – solid materials and fittings, high-end manufacturing and innovative engineering and flexible modularity – are not going out of style.
