JCPenney Unwraps Latest Installment of Shops

While Plano, Texas-based JCPenney will unveil its latest brand shops on September 1, ceo Ron Johnson is giving a sneak peek to the new in-store environments for Liz Claiborne, Izod and jcp, a new brand exclusive dedicated to fashion basics.

The shops will be rolled out to 700 stores nationwide starting September 1, and will join an existing portfolio of shops for Levi's, The Original Arizona Jean Co., i jeans by Buffalo, MNG by Mango and Sephora, which were rolled out this summer.

The shops are part of the department store retailer’s plan to transform its sales floor into a collection of 100 shops, from apparel to home brands.
