Jim Schubert to Head NASFM

President of Showbest Fixture elected to two-year term by manufacturers’ trade association

Jim Schubert, president of Showbest Fixture Corp. (Richmond, Va.), has been elected president of The National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers (NASFM). Schubert, who became NASFM’s acting president a year ago on the retirement due to health reasons of David Reynolds (The Miller Group, Richmond, Va.), will now serve a full two-year term.

Other officers elected, at NASFM’s annual convention in San Antonio in October, were: vice president, Jack Hale, ceo, T.J. Hale Co. (Menomonee Falls, Wis.); and treasurer, Robert Frackelton, vp, Reeve Store Equipment Co. (Pico Rivera, Calif.).

Elected to the NASFM board of directors for three-year terms were: Robert Croatt, president, Goebel Fixture Co. (Hutchinson, Minn.); Alan Harvill, president, EMI Industries (Tampa); and Michael Rotolo, president and ceo, EB Display Co. (Masillon, Ohio).
