Join VMSD at NRF’s Big Show

Panel discussion on global flagships includes look at Macy’s Herald Square remodel

The National Retail Federation’s 101st Annual Convention & Expo kicks off January 15 to 18, in New York at the Javits Convention Center.

More than 400 exhibitors will pack the sold-out EXPO Hall at Retail's BIG Show, which starts January 16. The full educational program kicks off with keynote speaker President Bill Clinton on Monday and continues for two days with breakout session covering everything from store design to technology.

VMSD will present a panel discussion on “Deconstructing the Flagship: A tour of the World’s Best Designs,” on Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 2:15 – 3 p.m. at the Room Pavilion Stage, EXPO Hall.

VMSD editor Anne DiNardo will be joined by Eric Feigenbaum, VMSD New York editor, James Bellante, senior vp, visual merchandising, Macy's Herald Square, and Tom Herndon, senior vp, store planning & design/SPACE, Macy's Inc., as they discuss some of the world’s most compelling flagship designs, from Austin Reed and Timberland to Uniqlo and Godiva. The discussion includes an inside look at the upcoming remodel of Macy’s legendary Herald Square flagship.
